Micro Show | Krishana McKenzie
Krishana is an emerging artist who has found an affinity for creating landscapes with vibrant and harmonious colours. Her landscapes are often of imagined and visited places. She is developing her style and skills with different mediums including paint and chalk pastel. Krishana has exhibited in The Clay Factory (2022) at Riverina Community College Gallery and Micro Show (2021) at Riverina Community College Gallery.
Q & A with Krishana
When did you start creating works?
I started drawing when I was little and did more in high school.
What kinds of works do you make?
I make painted landscapes mostly on canvas.
What influences your work?
Colour!
What are your aspirations for the future?
I'd like to have larger solo show and sell my work. I want to paint more.
What's your favourite thing about being in the studio at The Art Factory? When I'm in the studio I feel relaxed and inspired. I like making art and want to learn more.
