Drawing and Printing with Elaine Camlin
Local artist Elaine Camlin will be joining The Art Factory studio this term to explore new artistic methods with the Wednesday crew and to assist the emerging artists in developing skills in these areas.

Zine Creating: 13 February
Adele and Kate from Halfway Print Fest are coming to the studio to work with the Wednesday crew to immerse the artists in making zines! Zines are small-circulation, self-published magazines often using collage techniques to display a range of subjects.

Jacko Meyers & Scott Lea joint exhibition:19 February
Established Art Factory artists Jacko Meyers and Scott Lea will be presenting a joint exhibition on 19 February in the Riverina Community College gallery. The exhibition will feature a collection of Jacko’s acrylic portraits and Scott’s watercolour guitars.

Wagga Wagga Art Gallery trips: 6 & 12 March
The Art Factory is heading to the Wagga Wagga Art Gallery to see the National Contemporary Jewellery Award, Ruth Cummins:Tidying Down and Feelings from Bodies by The Art Factory’s Artistic Manager Sarah McEwan.

Halfway Print Festival: 9 March
On Saturday 9 March The Art Factory will be holding a stall at the second annual Halfway Print Fest at the Thirsty Crow Brewery in Wagga Wagga.
Halfway Print Fest brings together zine makers, bookmakers, writers, designers and artists from the Riverina, Melbourne and Sydney for a weekend of immersive DIY culture. The Art Factory stall will feature artworks and zines from the Tuesday and Wednesday crew.

Brae Tye Solo Exhibition: 3 April
Brae Tye, who joined The Art Factory’s Wednesday crew in 2018 will be exhibiting a solo show in April. Brae’s artistic practice has spanned over 20 years and his beautiful acrylic piece ‘Funky Fireworks’ was featured on The Art Factory’s End of Year Exhibition (2018) flyer.
