ReGroup Performance Collective
November 2025 to November 2026
The Art Factory is proud of the collaboration between ReGroup Performance Collective and Wagga Wagga Civic Theatre. Supported by Creative Industries – Connectivity Funding, partnerships like this are vital in strengthening the creative sector across our region and ensuring that inclusive practice remains central to the arts.
The Art Factory has a long history of working with arts organisations to deliver inclusive programs that empower artists with disability. As a supported studio, The Art Factory provides a nurturing environment where artists can explore their creative talents, develop skills, and express themselves through a wide range of art forms. Through collaboration, these opportunities extend beyond the studio and into the broader cultural life of the community.
Working alongside The Civic Theatre and Re: Group will open new pathways for artists to engage with professional theatre makers, facilitators, and creative practitioners. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in workshops, creative development sessions, and collaborative projects that encourage experimentation and storytelling. These experiences help artists build confidence, develop their artistic voice, and share their ideas with wider audiences.
Inclusive creative programs also play an important role in building strong communities. By bringing together artists with disability, theatre practitioners, and community members, these partnerships create spaces where people can connect, learn from one another, and form meaningful relationships. They encourage understanding, respect, and appreciation for different perspectives within the arts.
The Civic Theatre and Re: Group both bring valuable experience in delivering engaging and community-focused creative work. Their commitment to collaboration and accessibility aligns strongly with the values of The Art Factory. Together, this partnership supports the growth of artists while contributing to a vibrant and diverse arts culture across the region.
Through professional guidance, workshops, and shared creative exploration, participants will be supported to refine their skills and develop new techniques. Investing in artist development strengthens the regional arts sector and helps cultivate a community where creativity can flourish.
